*\*REQUIRED: PLEASE ATTACH A RESUME** ** ** **POSITION PURPOSE* * * The HRIS Analyst for Oracle HCM provides technical support and advice for the use, configuration, and customization of Raley’s and Bashas’ Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management system.
The role provides primary technical expertise to Payroll, HR, Benefits, Labor Relations, and all related systems users.
The HRIS Analyst provides leadership or assistance in the implementation of new computer systems and third-party inbound and outbound files/applications.
This role evaluates business processes and procedures to create functional and technical solutions.
The role is responsible for ensuring accurate information is made available to management and all related functions for review, analysis and decision making and is trusted with highly confidential information.
* * * ** **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES** ** *1.
Leads the configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM to achieve identified business results and resolve issues.

Gathers and interprets user requirements to meet system-related needs.
Develops alternative solutions, offers recommendations, and influences decisions.

Creates specifications for system changes, new functionality, and interfaces to and from other systems, both internal and external.
* * c.
Functionally tests and approves processes, panels, reports, and interfaces created by the Information Technology department, HR Systems Analysts or consultants.

Performs basic system configurations, * * a.
Designs, builds and tests basic system configurations, not requiring a developer.
* * b.
Documents detailed test plans and test cases.
* * c.
Promotes changes to production environment.
* * * *3.
Troubleshoots production problems, working with IT or vendor support staff where needed.

Acts as Project Manager, following established protocols.

Maintains P.

documents such as RACI matrix and Project Plan.
* * b.
Organizes and facilitates meetings with HR and Payroll leadership, other business leaders, and/or HRIS peers to determine system goals, understand business issues, and capture requirements.

Serves as subject matter expert and provides system consulting regarding Oracle Cloud HCM.

Understands HR and Payroll operations, and how tasks relate across functional areas.
* * b.
Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations to the business for maximizing system features, automation, functionality, and interfaces with other applications and vendors.
* * c.
Identifies opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

Develops end user documentation, including application training manuals and job aids.

Generates reports using a variety of reporting tools, e.
g.
Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), MS Excel.
* * a.
Provides accurate and timely information to Payroll Management, HR Management, Labor Relations, and other functions within the business.
* * b.
Ensures the integrity of data in payroll and related systems by creating audit and validation reports.

Contributes towards the strategic planning of Payroll and HR systems.
Participates on project teams responsible for evaluating and implementing new software packages or making fixes and enhancements to existing software applications.
* * * **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** ** * *** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** *Bachelor’s degree in business, information services, or related field and a minimum of three (3) or more years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM configuration, reporting, and release update management required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and support required in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Time Management.
* * * **KNOWLEDGE:** *Must demonstrate knowledge of:* *· Oracle Cloud HCM system, user functions and configuration* *· In depth knowledge of HR and payroll systems, practices and business objectives.
* *· Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tool (OTBI)* *· Advanced MS Excel functionality, including Pivot Tables and formulas.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.
