Primary Responsibilities: * Organize and maintain personnel records and databases, ensuring all employment records are up-to-date and confidential * Support the recruitment process by posting job ads and assisting with candidate screening and background checks * Help coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment documents and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company * Provide support in processing payroll when necessary * Assist in the administration of performance review processes, including compiling necessary documentation and tracking completion * Prepare HR reports * Assist in organizing company-wide events * Perform a variety of administrative tasks for the HR department including managing correspondence, answering phones, filing, and other clerical duties as needed * Provide support for training and development initiatives * Employee equipment tracking, inventory and shipment * Maintain confidentiality at all times Essential Experience and Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent * Prior administrative or clerical experience is beneficial and preferred but will be open to candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and advance, has a proactive attitude towards developing their skills, is adaptable and has a commitment to contributing positively to our team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally * Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail * Proficient in Word and PowerPoint * Advanced skills in Excel * Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and management at all levels within the organization * Understanding the importance of confidentiality in handling HR and payroll information Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.
