com *Job Role: Senior Information Security Engineer* *Location: Chandler AZ (AZ-CHANDLER-2600 S Price Rd-102462)* *Type- Contract 12+ Months* *Experience- 5+ Yrs* *Rate:: $58/HR on W2 * Creating/updating documentation including processes, procedures, knowledge base articles, change control, security baselines, operational strategy, etc… *Skills:* 3+ Years of Technical writing and documentation in an enterprise environment 2+ years of experience Active Directory and associated services 2+ years of experience in Azure Active Directory 2+ Years of Agile Experience (Kanban or Scrum) 2+ Years of experience leading BCP and other continuity events 2+ Years of enterprise experience with compliance, audit, and regulatory conditions *Responsibilities:* · Design, implement, and maintain robust security architectures for the organization's IT systems.
· Deploy and manage security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and endpoint protection.
· Risk Assessment and Mitigation: · Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential security threats.
· Develop and implement strategies to mitigate security risks and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.
· Security Policy and Compliance: · Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal security policies.
· Develop and enforce security policies and procedures across the organization.
· Keep abreast of evolving security threats and industry best practices to adapt security measures accordingly.
· Incident Response and Management: · Lead incident response efforts, including detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery activities.
· Collaborate with IT and other teams to develop and implement incident response plans.
· Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.
· Security Awareness and Training: · Develop and deliver security awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices.
· Provide training to IT staff and other relevant personnel on security technologies and procedures.
· Security Monitoring and Reporting: · Implement and manage security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
