Position Requirements
Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.
2+ years of software development using JavaScript, Html, CSS
2+ years working with modern front-end frameworks with React
General understanding of development fundamentals such as OO and Functional Patterns, Testing, Accessibility
Experience with building responsive solutions across all major browsers and devices
An understanding of data engineering pipelines and analytics
Knowledge of back-end development
Experience with React, Contentful, and Remix or Next
A willingness to learn and grow
Position Responsibilities
Contribute to resilient, performant, and secure front-end components that power one of the Sunstate experiences.
Implement complex features with little or no assistance.
Partner with Product Management to quickly deliver features in an agile environment.
Build and care for your product—complete ownership.
Elevate your overall technical understanding of engineering through mentoring and coaching.
