Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team.
Duties
Maintains, analyses, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
Triage incoming support requests and work with colleagues to resolve their requests or determine the best path of support.
Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
Create and maintain shared tech team documentation, as well as helpful guides for colleagues.
Trains employees, identifies, analyses, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
