*Responsibilities*
* Manage our front-end and back-end systems
* Lead a development team with a Solution Architect, a full-stack developer, and an AI/NLP development team
* Help architect complex systems within the platform
* Perform peer code reviews to maintain software quality
* Collaborate with our QA team to ensure software integrity
* Manage and control master and production pull requests
* Plan development tasks and estimate efforts
* Document systems designs, systems requirements, and implementation plans
* Report development statuses accurately and effectively to PM and CEO.
* Communicate effectively with the entire team
*Qualifications*
* 3+ years experience with the following front-end technologies: Javascript, React, HTML, CSS
* 3+ years experience with the following back-end technologies: NodeJS, Express, Python
* 1+ years experience with container tools: Docker
* Some experience with database engines: MongoDB, Elasticsearch
* Some machine learning experience is a plus
* 3+ years experience leading small (startup-like) development teams
* Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience
