Looking for a Laravel Developer (Phoenix)

I'm looking for a local Laravel developer.
Requirements: 1) Must be here in Phoenix or within 100 miles and able to meet.
2) I expect you to be very fluent with the framework and its ecosystem.
Be able to custom code site functionality, and also process transactions through stripe.
3) Have flexible availability.
Remote collaboration with occasional meetings.
