Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Lead development teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements
Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers
Analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas
Integrate existing software into new or modified systems
Develop and execute test procedures for software components
Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements
Plan, track, manage deliverables on short term sprints, and long-term software deployments

Qualifications Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
6+ years of .
NET development experience and the ability to work and complete tasks independently
6+ years of development experience with MS SQL database environments
6+ years of software development in developing web applications and client/server applications
Hands on experience with .
NET Core, C#.
NET, WPF, WCF, MVC or equivalent .
NET solution frameworks
Experience with Front End technologies such as Angular or React
Understanding of SDLC development methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
Experience leading and mentoring teams to provide technical deliverables
Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs.
This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
