What you will be doing We’re looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Analyst.
The position will be based in Phoenix, AZ, Pleasanton, CA, Plano, TX or Boise, ID.
Main responsibilities Requires independent completion of work and is recognized as subject matter expert.
Sets objectives and delivers results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area.
Establishes operational plans and work to achieve objectives with longer-term effect on business results of the function.
Analyze business process strength, weakness, inefficiencies, and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.
Active in the Requirements gathering, development, review, testing and implementation of system and process enhancements or projects including the preparation and review of associated documentation.
Lead, drive and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information.
Work results have the ability to influence longer-term product or functional decisions.
Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications and functional design documents.
Develop solutions using Oracle HCM functionalities as per the business requirements and perform hands-on configuration setup in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders to define, implement and support system interfaces.
The salary range is $118,600 to $154,240 annually.
Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications.
There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

What we are searching for Demonstrated experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices.
Demonstrated experience working in business transformation with understanding of quality methodologies and standard project management practices.
Retail experience and/or supply chain experience a plus.
We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience: 4 year Bachelor’s degree At least 7+ years of HCM functional experience required preferably for a large multi-state company as an analyst.
Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and processes across modules- Workforce Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Helpdesk, ODA, Learning etc.
Experience with Oracle technologies like Page Composer, Sandbox, HCM Design studio, Flexfields, Autocomplete rules, Quarterly updates, CWB patches etc.
Strong functional and technical skills in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, business modeling tools, developing system solutions and documentation standards.
Strong collaboration skills while working with SME’s, senior leaders, IT PMO, and business users/ stakeholders to drive business analysis/system design.
Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop requirements and defend systems capabilities.
Ability to share knowledge and train other team members.
May require approximately 10% travel depending upon project specifics and business locations.
