How will you make an impact in this role? As a Staff Engineer in CI/CD Engineering you will: Provide engineering thought leadership, and be accountable for delivery including hands on implementation of specific features, within current CI/CD domains of expertise - Source Code Management (e.
g.
GitHub) , CI (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and Software Supply Chain Management (Artifactory, Nexus, Sonar).
Perform Rapid POCs to prove software initiatives and validate ideas for large CI/CD platform deployments Actively participate in the design of new systems and the redesign of existing systems to meet product requirements, changing needs Mentor engineers across the CI/CD organization on designing & implementing solutions at scale Bring dedicated focus to software & code quality, applying engineering first practices across multiple teams - e.
g.
code reviews, adoption of Generative AI developer tooling (e.
g.
GitHub Copilot) and enabling our inner sourcing culture across key code repositories Act as a thinking and engineering partner with Engineering Directors & Staff Engineers across Technologies on key problem statements that are high priority for developer experience and/or cloud platforms in the context of large scale CI/CD solutions Constantly pursue and learn industry leading/innovative solutions.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or related field required; Advanced Degree preferred.
Overall 8+ years of experience in developing and delivering innovative software solutions coupled with exhibited experience in growing engineers and engineering team contribution Hands on development experience in DevOps and modern technologies - Java, React, JSON, docker, Kubernetes, along with strong knowledge on CI/CD platforms and tooling e.

GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube and/or others Experience with applications with high throughput and low latency needs.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills required, with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations to leadership across the organization Proven ability to influence and drive engineering progress across a geographical distributed organization Experience building and/or maintaining highly available and performant distributed systems and platforms Experience attracting, hiring and retaining top engineering talent.
