Lead the creation of proposal content, ensuring it aligns with the specific project or client requirements.
Conduct in-depth research on background materials and interpret proposal requirements to prepare comprehensive responses.
Provide creative design content to enhance the visual appeal and impact of proposals.
Create compelling storytelling narratives that effectively communicate the value of our solutions and services.
Utilize technical writing skills when necessary to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Oversee the organization and coordination of proposal production, ensuring that all components are completed and submitted promptly by noted deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to gather necessary graphics, images, and other visual elements to enhance proposal materials.
Coordinate printing logistics of completed proposals.
Ensure the final proposal documentation is of the highest quality and adheres to company standards.
Maintain open and effective communication with all team members, ensuring a cohesive and efficient proposal development process.
Collaborate closely with project managers, principals, and members of the marketing team to ensure that proposals align with the company's objectives and standards.
Prioritize RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements to optimize efficiency and workflow in the proposal development process.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create visually appealing and engaging presentation materials.
Review and refine presentation content to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with the message and objectives.
Assist in crafting compelling narratives that effectively convey the information to the audience.
Gather and incorporate data, statistics, and relevant information into presentations to support key points and arguments.
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in presentation design and delivery.
Occasionally travel To join us, you should have: A bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creation skills and design expertise.
Create and Technical writing experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Adobe Create Applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Project Management experience with demonstrated ability to prioritize and successfully follow through on proposals and various design assignments, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
A valid driver's license is required, Eligible to work in the U.

without visa sponsorship This is a full-time position that will report directly to the Marketing Director and will work as an integrated member of the marketing team.
