We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Virtual Agent Developer (Remote) to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).
Day-to-Day Job Duties:
Meet with the client to gather requirements, provide recommendations and report status
Analyze requirements to identify recommended solutions
Design and develop approved solutions.
Support QA testing and UAT.
Participate in Go-live support activities
Support developed solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years' experience developing/configuring and maintaining ServiceNow Virtual Agent solutions
5+ years ServiceNow experience
5+ years experience designing and developing ServiceNow solutions
2 years of ITSM experience in the ServiceNow environment
2 years of Scrum experience
Preferred Skills:
Excellent problem solving skills
HRSD Module - Experience is a big plus
ITIL – General knowledge is nice to have
Communication - Strong oral and written skills.
Candidate cannot be shy or quiet; He / She must feel comfortable speaking up at meetings and on video / conference calls to ask questions or voice his / her opinions.
