As a key member of the Human Resources Global Services Team, you will play a role in delivering trusted Human Resource services to foster Intel’s success and enrich lives, one person and one family at a time.
As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with leading the design and implementation of enterprise-wide processes and capabilities that support all Intel employees utilizing HR platforms.
The PM will help establish and maintain planning, tracking, and indicator systems for programs with the goal of improving long term visibility and predictability and enabling data driven decision making.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and driven with experience in project management principles and methodologies as well as proven experience in stakeholder management.

This role's primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Applies domain knowledge to manage projects of moderate scope and high complexity or of broad scope and moderate complexity that are focused on development, implementation, or upgrade of internal customers' technology, products, or processes.
May provide secondary or indirect support of customer products.
Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) and reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.
Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
7+ years of Project Manager experience Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies Experience working with global stakeholders at the director/GM/VP level Prosci or similar Change Management training/experience Familiarity with Jira is a plus This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $123,139.
00-$203,801.
00 *Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience Working Model This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
