The Demand Planning Business Analyst is tasked with the solution design and implementation of enterprise-wide industry standard demand forecasting and demand planning processes.
This is an Individual contributor role with significant participation in cross-organizational teams to provide critical process inputs across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, BU and IT.

As a Demand Planning Business Analyst supporting IAO TMGF Forecast to Stock, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Work with demand planning Business Architects, SMEs, end users, TCM, IT, Test Leads and product managers on L4/L5++ processes/data/ tool design and defining detailed end user solution / data requirements.
Prepare and Execute Functional Testing, User Acceptance (UAT) testing and results, including issues and resolutions.
provides inputs to detailed operational process flows, Solution Design Decision, Security Roles, Change Impacts Work with TCM on end user training Cutover and Data Migration: Contribute to the development and execution of the cutover plan, ensuring a smooth transition to new business processes and tools.
Monitor and validate data loads during cutover cycles to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: Analytical and detailed-oriented (process and data) Well-developed written (eg.
Process modelling and documentation) and verbal communication skills Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to work with cross-functional global teams Organizational/project management skills, willingness to jump in and define/document supply chain processes Ability to communicate in a concise manner and to executives Self-learner and willingness work with ambiguity and solve problems Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Understanding of statistical / algorithmic / predictive analytics / machine learning (time series forecasting) is a plus Strong familiarity with Industry standard process and tools used to deliver best in class operational performance.

Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field of study; advance degree preferred.
4+ years' experience in demand planning and/or demand planning process analysis.
4+ years experience in one or more of the following business transformation, process improvement, change management within a highly matrixed collaborative team.
2+ years 'experience in: Process and information design, modelling Soliciting and capturing end user solution/data requirements Designing and implementing information/data integration and business solutions Demand Forecasting and Planning domain, industry-standard processes ERP implementations.
Scenario KPI comparison, creating and managing business metrics.
Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of Intel's unique requirements and strategic differentiation factors is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Delivering best in class software application and business intelligence solutions and integration.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $116,819.
00-$175,333.
00 *Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience Working Model This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
