Responsibilities: Collaborate in the development and maintenance of applications and databases by assessing client needs, analyzing requirements, and crafting software systems.
Identify requirements through effective user interaction, establishing strong rapport.
Translate functional needs into precise technical design requirements.
Ensure program functionality by conducting rigorous QA tests.
Aid in project development by recommending development order in alignment with ROI.
Aid in technical project management to ensure smooth execution.
Generate custom reports using database and report-writing tools.
Review and analyze reports for data accuracy and potential areas of improvement.
Assess tickets, perform testing, and either code fixes or document bugs for developer resolution in later releases.
Propose innovative initiatives or tools to enhance operational and technical performance.
Supply responsive support for IT-related issues.
Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in planning and overseeing complex technical projects.
Extensive expertise in C# & .
NET frameworks.
Excellent command of MSSQL.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail.

Reporting Structure: This position will report to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and manage the Development team.
Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of directly relevant experience; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
