PURPOSE OF THE JOB This position requires the candidate to have the knowledge, experience, skills, and initiative to span multiple roles from analyst and requirements lead, to data modeler, to contributor.
Participates in design and requirements sessions with key business stakeholders, understanding business processes and requirements for the system, and work with delivery partners to document technical specifications for solution delivery.
Collaborates with the development team and Product Owner to determine best options to meet requirements and meet reasonable deliverable dates.
This position acts as an expert technical resource in the development, testing, and implementation of business processes utilizing CRM platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Work Experience 5 years of information systems design, implementation, or integration experience in analysis, programming, query design, and database development, ETL Processes and CRM solutions development & administration 3 additional years of experience in the design, implementation, documentation, and support of an enterprise-level applications in a complex business environment Experience in CRM solutions development specifically around Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing.

Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment and quickly adjust to the changes.
Strong analytical skills to support independent and effective decisions.
Strong written communication skills especially related to articulating technical specifications.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, management, and subject matter experts.
