* Update files accurately for each dependent, documenting unverified dependents with sufficient detail.
* Meet and exceed department quality audit standards set by the Auditing Manager.
* Maintain superior quality and ensure effective application of health plan’s verification rules.
* Collaborate with Client Management colleagues as needed.
* Complete special projects as assigned.
