Secret Shopper For Law Firm We are looking for residents of the Phoenix area (age 18 and older) to call a local law firm about a mock traffic accident.
After the call, the secret shoppers will fill out 2 short surveys about the customer service experience and communication with the law firm.
Client Goal: to increase customer satisfaction to the level that all callers would consider the phone customer experience as exceptional.
The time commitment is around 1 hour.
Requirements: - You live the Phoenix area - 18 years or older - Access to computer and phone - Ability and willingness to call and share details of a mock accident with a law firm.
