Position Summary
*Assists in the definition, implementation and rollout of revenue integrity initiatives.
*Assist and lead in the development of documentation to support encounter team processes
*Contribute to activities such as analysis, planning, design, development, testing, related to revenue integrity.
*Analyze data for trends and translates data into meaningful information
*Understand nuances of data, checks for reasonability and works to improve data quality
*Provide analysis of business implications and applies problem solving skills to meet business needs
*Creatively translates information using business knowledge and identifies additional information needed to support analytical objectives
* Interact with internal/external customers to define/develop requirements and resolve issues
*Participate in the presentation of information to customer and internal business areas
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Encounters experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate should be familiar with the HIPAA transaction sets, claims processing, Healthcare, and Encounters.
- Should have ability to move multiple projects forward simultaneously and be responsible for the results even when others are directly accountable for the outcome.
- Ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external constituents a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Edifecs experience.
- Data Analysis experience.
Education
High School Diploma and equivalent experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.
00 - $102,000.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
