As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through the design, development, and execution of automated testing solutions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, Solution Architects to drive continuous improvement in our software development and testing processes.
Responsibilities:
As a technical test lead, drive the overall quality strategy to build and implement test design to ensure quality, stability, reliability and performance of the system.
Gain solid understanding of the products functionality, architecture, and design to enhance test coverage and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain automated tests, frameworks, tools, pipelines, quality gates to validate software quality quickly and early in the development cycle.
Exhibit a growth mindset while learning innovative technologies and techniques to continuously align with testing best practices and coach other team members.
Experience with working/creating a Test Harness system.
Test Defects analysis and insights from the defects.
Requirements:
7-10 years of experience with software development, test automation development including creation and management of test frameworks.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java and C#.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented principles
Experience developing various types of software tests such as unit, API testing, functional, integration, performance, and stress.
Experience with measuring test coverage, refactoring code for optimal testability and driving best practices
Good understanding of API management configuration and best practices
Strong working experience with Selenium, XUnit, Postman, Azure Devops and BDD Frameworks like SpecFlow, Cucumber, Gherkin etc.
Experience with Mocking and Stubbing, Fakes, Test Doubles and Assertion libraries.

Strong communication skills
Understanding of large scale distributed systems architecture and applications is a big plus.
Experience with scale testing of cloud infrastructure will be a huge plus.
