Key Responsibilities:
Configuration expert of a proprietary “no-code; low code” insurance software platform
Provides accurate estimates for analysis, design, and development activities for subsystems
Collect and review error log files, debug the root issue, and communicate the root issue and solution to other team members
Works with vendors to deploy software updates as needed
Works with vendor to complete data mapping and conversion as needed
Build, understand, and execute requirements based on the software’s function
Autonomously code and configure software from technical documentation
Create, document, and execute unit tests
Debug, correct, and test code and configuration fixes
Review configuration and design from other team members and provide constructive feedback
Develop technical documentation for subsystems in accordance with defined software architecture and applicable project standards
Perform intensive testing of all new and existing programs to ensure they are free of errors and function as intended
Determines operational feasibility through evaluation analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
Keeps up on the latest industry and consumer trends by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, Internet research, establishing personal networks, and/or participating in professional societies
