Systems Security Technician

Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain security systems and solutions for the organization - Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures - Monitor and analyze security events and incidents, and respond in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are followed - Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in security engineering or a related field - Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and blueprint reading - Experience in alarm system sales or as a service technician is a plus - Proficiency in computer hardware and networking concepts - Familiarity with field service work and using power tools - Understanding of low voltage systems and schematics - Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are highly desirable We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as: - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Retirement plan options If you are a highly skilled Security Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and security of our organization, we encourage you to apply.
