About the team and position We need to be super approachable and always willing to go above and beyond to help our Carvana family.
As a ServiceNow UI/UX Developer you will be working with stakeholders, transition teams, and implementation partners to ensure best in class solutions.

What you'll be doing Collaborate with team members, users, and stakeholders to solve complex user experience problems and articulate clear design requirements.
Develop site map and high-level task flow content, and build wireframes, designs and mockups for new solutions.
Customize existing and create new Service Portal widgets.
Determine problem areas within our current framework and recommend solutions.
Perform persona, user experience, usability studies and testing, including user interviews and analysis.
Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.
Design web page layout and online content, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, content, and infrastructure for Service Portal / Employee Center.
What you should have 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development 3+ years of ServiceNow Service Portal / Employee Center (Angular, Seismic) 3+ years of experience in UX or interaction design ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification is a plus ServiceNow Service Portal Fundamentals certification is a plus Effective communication skills Critical thinking, a love to solve problems, and a drive to make things better Experience with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS Experience with Jira, UEM, AWS, Java, is a plus Experience with any additional scripting language is a plus (python, PowerShell, etc.
) Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus A technical and business mindset with great attention to detail It would be great if you also had ServiceNow implementation experience What we'll offer in return Full-Time Salary Position with a competitive salary.
