As a Direct Marketing Specialist in this role you will get to: Create innovative programs that support State Farm agents in their retention advocacy and loyalty efforts Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the availability of direct marketing assets required for effective campaign team execution Provide completed staff work Work collaboratively with other areas Qualifications Highly desired skills: Proficient in project management and driving out timelines Experience in coordinating outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders Experience in producing completed staff work, including business recommendations, executive summaries, and project documentation Eagerness to learn and achieve personal growth Experience working in a collaborative environment Additional skills: Marketing or agency experience Experience working with external vendors
