Responsibilities
We are looking for a Direct Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team! This role is focused on retention advocacy and loyalty for our State Farm agents.
This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact by rebuilding programs for our agents from the ground up! The ideal candidate for this role should possess an open-minded approach and thrive in a collaborative work environment.
As a Direct Marketing Specialist in this role you will get to:
Create innovative programs that support State Farm agents in their retention advocacy and loyalty efforts
Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the availability of direct marketing assets required for effective campaign team execution
Provide completed staff work
Work collaboratively with other areas
Qualifications
Highly desired skills:
Proficient in project management and driving out timelines
Experience in coordinating outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders
Experience in producing completed staff work, including business recommendations, executive summaries, and project documentation
