Basketball stand and hoop (Chandler)

This basketball hoop withstand is fully functional.
It is a full height stand that adjusts with a handle for younger players, also.
It looks like it needs a new net.
I didn't use the water tank on the bottom, but I think it works fine.
I set sandbags on it out of convenience.
Located near Riggs road and McQueen road in Chandler.
It can be disassembled for transport.
I will not transport for you.
