Precor M9.21si Treadmill---FREE (N.E. MESA)

At age 72, I have decided to let my Precor M9.
21si low impact treadmill find a new home.
I have owned it for a number of years, and it has worked beautifully.
It has a 2.
0HP continuous duty motor.
The speed can be set anywhere between .
5 (point 5) and 10mph.
The incline can be set between 0 and 15% grade in .
5% (half percent) increments.
There are 6 preprogrammed courses (3 walk, 3 run) along with manual, random, and interval options.
From the owner's manual: "Ground Effects allows the treadmill's running bed to "float" on specially formulated elastomeric springs which cushion impact and control lateral motion without diminishing the bed's lively responsive feel.
Because it's fully suspended, the bed provides optimum shock absorption anywhere your feet land, not just in the center of the running area.

) The rubber covered handrails are in perfect condition with no cuts or missing rubber sections.
You can see in the pictures that the motor cover is missing.
Over time, it cracked and was discarded.
I simply place a towel over the motor when not in use.
I looked into a replacement cover, but the cost was/is prohibitive, so a towel has sufficed.
In addition to the treadmill, a very heavy duty rubber mat is part of the package, that the treadmill sits on to protect flooring.
Finally, the owner's manual, magnetic safety key, and drink holder are included.
Importantly, in March, 2021 the belt and deck were replaced.
The treadmill has lived in a pet-free and child-free home environment.
I have been its sole user.
This is a well built, very sturdy, quality unit as indicated by its weight: 193 lbs.
Those who might be interested need to make sure that they bring several strong friends for pickup/loading.
The treadmill has front wheels so it can roll, but it doesn't pick itself up.
