Kid's Play Cabinet Project- TODAY ONLY! (Fountain Hills)

Here is a wood children's cabinet that can be used as-is, or sanded and painted as a family project.
The top surface could use some TLC.
It is constructed of pine and pressed board, and was a school shop project many (many) years ago.
This will only be available on April 13 and 14.
Note that this is located in Fountain Hills.
If you cannot travel to Fountain Hills, please be considerate and do not respond.
This is first come, first served.
If you respond and would like to pick this up, please give me your latest and reasonable ETA.
If you do not show up by that time, it will be offered to others.
Please do not ask me to hold it for a later viewing.
It has to be picked up this weekend.
There will be no haggling over the price.
