HP #564 color ink cartridges

Free color ink cartridges for HP printer.
Cartridge #564 The printer wasn't working.
I thought changing the ink would help, but the printer is broken.
The cartridges are new.
I put the caps back on and put them in a ziploc baggie, so they shouldn't have dried out.
