Free Lawn Mower (Phoenix)

Craftsman rotary mower.
It worked a year ago, but now won't start.
I'm sure someone handier than me could get it running.
Grass catcher is also there and is in good shape.
It's in the alley just North of Mitchell and just East of 48th Street.
First come first serve.
I'll check periodically and will take this posting down when I notice it's gone.
