Large Logs and Full Mattress in driveway (South Scottsdale)

My neighbor put several large logs from a tree he cut dow, and a full mattress.
The logs appear to be well seasoned and I don't know anything about the condition of the mattress.
Sooooooo, if you can use any of this stuff it is on the frontage road next to Scottsdale Rd between Chaparral and Orange Blossom Lane.
Enter from Orange Blossom Lane as the frontage road is one way going south.
