Free L Shaped Couch with Storage (Chandler)

Free dark grey l shaped couch with storage and ottoman.
Ottoman pulls out to make sleeping area.
Needs to be fixed, ottoman sags on one side (3rd image) and arm is loose/broken (4th image).
Upholstery in good condition no tears or worn areas.
Must be able to move by yourself, owner cannot help move.
It may come apart to make it easier to move, it was already put together when we got it.
The bolts/screws take an allen wrench.
