Our Executive Director will be key to driving the team towards a high level of caregiver and client satisfaction, increasing lifetime value, obtaining lifelong referral partners, and driving growth within our market.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must meet as least one of the following:
1.
Have completed two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university in a health-related field; or
2.
Be a licensed physician, RN, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or licensed nursing home administrator with at least one year of management or supervisory experience in a health-related setting; or
3.
Have a high school diploma or a general equivalency degree (GED) with at least two years of management or supervisory experience in a health-related setting
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for day-to-day operations
Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state accrediting bodies, local rules, and regulations
Direct operations to ensure adequate and appropriate care and services
Ensure agency meets topline and bottom-line revenue and margin expectations
Responsible for identifying, communicating, and achieving key success metrics for the agency
Recruit, coach and mentor agency staff to ensure retention and employee career growth
Establish and implement quality standards for patient care and monitor client satisfaction and outcomes on continual basis
Collaborate with Business Development role to provide referral network credibility
Lead the weekday morning conference call with team leaders
Familiarize all employees, with Agency rules, policies and procedures
Oversee and manage caregiving team
Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained
Effectively communicate with clients and their representatives, referral partners, and employees
Participate in local industry networking, public relations and marketing events
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, ability to be on-call
Education: Minimum of Diploma or GED
Experience: Home Health/Care: 2 years
Branch Administrator: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to participate in physical activity, including ability to lift 50 lbs.
