Group Home Supervisor

*11 am - 7 pm (Flexible Hours)* Position may, at times, include evenings and weekends.
* *$1,300 Sign on Bonus* * *Monthly Performance awards* *VALLEYLIFE is currently searching for a Full-time Residential Group Home Supervisor.
DDD experience REQUIRED.
* *Group Home Supervisor job duties include supervising staff in an assigned group home, writing and implementing ISP plans and behavior building plans, presenting these plans to staff, guardians and/or families of clients and maintaining assigned group home in accordance with state licensure standards.
Supervisors also must be able to monitor and record individual client's progress using our electronic recordkeeping system.
* _*Minimum Job Requirements:*_ _*AZ Driver's License*_ *2 years experience working with developmental disabilities.
* *2 years experience as a supervisor in group home or days services.
* Be able to lift 40 -50 pounds.
Be able successfully pass a background check that meets State Licensure requirements.
Be able to document provided services accurately and efficiently.
Possess basic computer skills.
