*Overview:*As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Director at our group home serving individuals with disabilities, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the clinical services provided to residents.
This leadership position requires a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), experience working with individuals with diverse needs, and a commitment to ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
*Responsibilities:*
*Clinical Leadership:*
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of behavior analysts, therapists, and direct care staff.
* Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on functional assessments.
*Assessment and Diagnosis:*
* Conduct functional assessments to identify the function of challenging behaviors and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess the unique needs of each resident and contribute to the development of comprehensive treatment plans.
*Staff Training and Development:*
* Conduct ongoing training for direct care staff on ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and individualized support plans.
* Provide guidance on crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
*Quality Assurance:*
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans through data analysis and regular progress reviews.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.
*Collaboration and Communication:*
* Collaborate with families, guardians, and external service providers to align goals and strategies for each resident.
* Maintain open and effective communication with team members, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive approach to care.
*Professional Development:*
* Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and advancements in the field of ABA.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the clinical team.
*Policy Development:*
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of policies and procedures related to clinical services, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
*Qualifications:*
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
* Several years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a group home or residential setting.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
