*DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Promote the shared values of Weather Masters to customers and employees in all interactions
* Installation of Split Systems (Horizontal & Vertical), Package Systems, Mini-Splits (Single & Multi-Zone) and Duct Modifications & Renovations
* Update and maintain all physical and electronic project documentation
* Ensure jobs are completed on time and communicate exceptions to management and customers
* Educate customers on setup/use of new systems
* Take proper care of work area and provide outstanding quality and customer service
* Attend company trainings and assist with other HVAC duties
* Train new installation technicians on all aspects of installation procedures
*SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS*
Must be proficient in:
* Retrofit installations for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
* Charging and recovering refrigerant
* Brazing, pressure testing and vacuuming
* Airflow setup and adjustments
* High/low voltage wiring & circuits
* Gas piping, flue piping and ventilation
* Thermostat setup and configuration
* 2-Stage and variable stage systems
* 3+ years of residential retrofit experience
* Ability to handle physically demanding workload and meet deadlines
* Must pass background check
* Clean driving record
* Universal EPA Card
