GO AZ Motorcycles is growing and we’re looking for a proven sales professional to lead our team as Sales Manager at our Payson location.
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for the Sales and Finance departments at our busy dealership which features a great inventory including many popular motorcycle/UTV/ATV brands plus a variety of pre-owned vehicles.
You’ll recruit, hire, train, and coach a team of sales professionals tasked with getting the customer on the right powersports vehicle, not just any powersports vehicle.
You’ll also serve as a role model in delivering exceptional customer service to every customer, every time.
The role also comes with a variety of other responsibilities, including inventory management, developing promotional campaigns, establishing individual sales quotas, ensuring vehicles are displayed in an attractive manner, and working closely with the dealership General Manager to make sure sales goals are met.
