Director of Food/Dining Services

Job Description: The Director of Dining Services oversees all kitchens and dining rooms on the campus, serving Independent Living, Assisted Living, and long-term care residents.
Responsibilities: Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the dietary department, its programs and activities.
Assure that food service can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the residents.
Develop daily menus for two, five-week cycles per year in addition to brunch and special events and holidays.
Assure that department is maintained in a clean and safe manner by assuring that necessary equipment and supplies are maintained.
Inventory and purchase food, supplies, equipment, etc.
Verify invoices for food purchases and supplies.
Qualifications: The successful applicant shall have a minimum of 5 years' of fine dining experience with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
