Being our Shift Supervisor requires you to work fast-paced in our high volume restaurant.
Shift Supervisor runs shifts in the front-of-house or back-of-house based on what area hired in.
Shift Supervisor will start at Shift Supervisor pay, but begin their training in-store as an entry-level Team Leader.
Prior experience as a Manager, Team Lead, Crew Leader, Supervisor, Shift Manager, or another similar position is required.
Pay Type: Starting at $21/hr Position Type: Full-Time, Must be available 4:45am-3:00pm or 3:00pm - 1:00am five days per week.

Takes initiative and provides hospitality Responsibilities: Leads shifts without supervision Supports the senior leadership team by completing any delegated tasks Takes action to solve customer issues or complaints as they arise Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Senior Leadership Team Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all reporting employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback Serves as subject matter expert for all tasks for the specific area the Shift Supervisor oversees Responsible for inventory & facilities management Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store All other duties as assigned Required Skills: Self-leader committed to personal growth Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multitask Excellent coach, communicator and team builder Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace Adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Positive attitude, eager to learn, humble Willingness to step outside of job role to assist in other roles Customer service-oriented Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant Thank you for your interest in employment at Chick-fil-A Stapley Drive!
