Sierra H Broadcasting is a veteran founded, locally owned and operated media company.

3 FM and KZCE 101.
1 FM broadcast live daily from our studios located in the heart of Phoenix Arizona.
Sierra H is currently seeking an experienced Program Director who has the knowledge, passion and drive to bring out the best of our formats.
This individual needs to be competitive, innovative with fresh ideas and a vision that involves all aspects of the radio stations and brand extensions.
We pride ourselves on working hard together and having fun in the process.
The ideal candidate must understand and relate to the brands and demos of Mega 104.
3, and The Bounce 101.

Must be willing to get involved in the local community to understand the listeners: how they live, work, and play, and what interests them.
This position may do an on-air shift, and as one of the public faces of the stations, you will also represent them at frequent live remotes, client meetings and major station events.
A must for the position is a Program Director who truly understands that great local radio is accomplished by working collaboratively with all departments, through teamwork, hard work and community involvement, and who will contribute to building a positive culture within the organization.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Create, implement, and manage the sound, image, brand, through all distribution channels to reach and exceed goals for ratings, revenue, and profitability * Ability to work with the sales team and promotions to develop ideas to help generate revenue for the stations, to brainstorm promotions, packages, sponsorships, endorsements and events that promote the station, add revenue, and raise brand profile.
* Understands the importance of websites and social media and that these are extensions of our on-air product.
Must create and implement a strategic plan to grow these platforms.
* Creates and supervises on-air structure and presentation * Recruit, hires, trains, supervises and schedules on-air personnel and/or board operators * Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to staff * Deliver unique content that attracts the target demo, builds ratings and grows terrestrial and digital audience * Ensure operation of station in accordance with FCC regulations and policies * Operate (as needed) control board, remote broadcasting and other related production equipment as well as in studio software *Job Requirements:* * Minimum 3-5 years of successful programming experience and winning track record backed by Nielsen Audio results preferred, and solid understanding of station formats and music.
