Working in accordance with the established mission, policies, and procedures, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering the personnel activities for the Community including screening, interviewing, and training all exempt and non-exempt employees.
* Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.
* A minimum of three to five years human resources generalist experience preferably in a customer service environment.
* Must be able to speak English.
* Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal labor regulations, personnel administration, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration, recruiting and selection, and training and development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
