We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities.
Duties for the general manager will include coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.
Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities.
The general manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain client relationships, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

* Makes weekly schedule
* Approve/deny requests for days off
* Determine which staff will cover busy or slow shifts

*Qualifications include:*
* Be able to work a rotating basis morning and evening shifts and be available weekdays, weekends and holidays.
In restaurant emergencies, must be available to address any issues which may arise to ensure safety and security of the location.
* Must have a license and clean Driving record
* Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field
* Unexpired Serv Certification
* Computer Experience
*Physical Demands:*
* Regularly required to stand, walk, squat and bend.
* Regularly required to lift no more than 50 pounds unassisted
* Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms.

Restaurant experience minimum of 2 years.
