We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
-Enter hours and process payroll using ADP Run
-Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS system
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems (e.
g.
, OnTheClock)
