Responsibilities
Attract new sales talent to the team
Coach and train all sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals
Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, Partner Call and leadership training
Become an expert on our Technology
Participate in Leadership Development program
Engage in our Talent Attraction Consulting and implement systems
Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
Maintain existing and create new campaigns
Oversee negotiations for all contracts
Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads
Qualifications
