What you'd be doing: • Overseeing daily administrative operations for a fast-growing company.
• Managing, Streamlining and optimizing the administrative systems and processes to support our fast-paced growth.
• Managing accounting tasks, including reporting, payroll, and invoicing, with Quickbooks and other financial software.
• Coordinating with our team to facilitate seamless administrative support.
• Ensuring operational excellence across all administrative functions.
• Collaborating with the management and sales teams to support company-wide goals and initiatives.
You're a great fit if you: • Have proven administrative management experience, particularly in a fast-growing company.
• Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures, and are tech-savvy with other office management tools.
• Strong expertise in accounting and financial management software, especially Quickbooks.
• Are exceptional with clients on the phone and in person, with a natural flair for communication and relationship building.
• Offering exceptional first impressions and ongoing support to our clients, ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of magical.
