Working on a team consisting of EMC test Engineers and Technicians performing EMC and Power Quality testing on various Aerospace products.
Working directly with internal and external customers, providing support in writing test procedures and reports, conducting EMC/Power Quality testing to internal procedures, external customer specification, and industry standards, documenting test setups and data, and assisting in troubleshooting of test setups and product failures.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Associate’s Degree in Electronics Technology, Vocational Certificate in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or High School Diploma or GED with previous Military training
• Minimum of 5 years Technician experience in EMC test, RF Electronics, or related electronics field
• Experience in operating electrical and test equipment (EMI receivers/spectrum analyzers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.
)
• Ability to follow detailed qualification test procedures and document test data
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lead qualification test efforts
• Ability to analyze test results and communicate this information and recommendations back to stake holders
• Ability to move work and test equipment to and from work areas
WE VALUE
• Previous experience working in an EMC test lab environment
• Experience with test methods and requirements of DO-160 and MIL-STD 461
• Experience with Rohde & Schwarz and/or Nexio BAT-EMC test software
