Swimming Pool Service Manager

Flamingo Pools is looking for an individual with leadership and sales experience to help our growing team! Experience in the swimming pool industry is a plus but not a requirement! Responsibilities include: -managing 5+ service and repair technicians and their daily schedules -Training service technicians -Handling customer service calls and questions over the phone and occasionally in person on-site.
-Closing repair jobs and upselling repairs over the phone.
Work is hybrid remote.
We do have an office in South Gilbert but you also have the opportunity to work from home throughout the week.
You will go out to customer properties when needed on occasion.
Vehicle and gas card will be provided.
Leadership experience and skill is a MUST when it comes to dealing with the rest of the team and technicians.
