Responsibilities:
- Analyze contact center operations and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize contact center performance, monitoring queues, maintaining service levels and meeting metrics
- Provide leadership and supervision to contact center staff - Drive and improve excellent customer satisfaction
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Manage contact center projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Support multilingual contact center operations, including Spanish language proficiency - Staying abreast of related
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Proven leadership experience in a contact center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to motivate staff and cultivate a positive atmosphere
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is preferred - Contact center software experience is preferred
- Project management experience is a plus - Previous healthcare experience is preferred
