Subway Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager to join our team.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of employees.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise daily operations of the establishment - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Train, motivate, and supervise staff members - Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Conduct interviews and hire new employees - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Maintain a clean and safe working environment - Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Requirements: - Previous experience in the food service industry is required - Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training employees - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Note: This is a paid position.
