*What You'll Do:*
* Oversee all HR tasks including recruiting, training, policy, compliance, benefits and employee retention.
* Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries and HR guidance.
* Administer employee benefits, including enrollment and terminations.
* Manage full recruitment lifecycle, from postings to interviews.
* Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records.
* Support HR initiatives and projects, including engagement programs and training.
*What you’ll need:*
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration and recruitment.
* 1-3 years of managerial experience, preferably in HR
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in ADP and Google Suite is a plus.
* SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) current certification or PHR/SPHR.
