Overview:
Upper Crust Bakery is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of HR operations and ensuring the effective management of our human capital.
This is a key leadership position that requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's objectives
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection
- Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide coaching to improve performance
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Experience with payroll platforms and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, training development, program management, and change management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex employee relations issues
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise a team of HR professionals
- Budgeting experience is a plus
Spanish speaker is a plus.
